Candy barks are really easy to make and don’t take long at all. These are a great snack to make when you have people over or to let the kids help, you can make a few different varieties.
Start by melting your chocolate, you can use a double boiler, but for time I cheated and just melted the morsels in the microwave in 30 second increments;
Cover a baking sheet in wax paper and spread the chocolate out in a thin even layer;
Choose your toppings and sprinkle on top of the chocolate
(I used walnuts, cranberries, and crispy M&M’s on the white chocolate and pretzels, and peanut M&M’s on the milk chocolate)
Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool and set;
Remove bark from the wax paper and break into pieces;
Arrange on serving plate and ENJOY!
