British Sterling Fragrance Review & Giveaway

Press Sample

This past April a new line of British Sterling fragrances inspired by the urban style and attitude of the U.K. was launched. This new men’s line British Sterling ‘H.I.M.’, includes two new fragrances H.I.M. RESERVE and H.I.M. PRIVATE STOCK along with a full line of luxury grooming products.

British Sterling Men's Fragrance

H.I.M., which is short for ‘His Imperial Majesty’, is a subtle nod to King George VI who was one of only a few British Royals to hold that title and who’s military background led him to work tirelessly to strengthen the image and resolve of England after World War II.

There is something very sexy about a man who smells good. When I first received these two fragrances I pleasantly surprised how good they smelled.  The Mr. is rather picky about his scents so I knew his opinion would be the real test. Score for British Sterling once he smelled all systems were a go. The Mr. gave a thumbs up to both scents, his first comment was that Private Stock reminded him of Gucci Guilty which is the scent he has been wearing lately. After comparing the two I have to agree although to me Private Stock smells slightly sweater than the Guilty. I’ll list the fragrance notes of each below. Both scents are deep and manly, I preferred H.I.M. Reserve, while I notice the Mr. has been reaching for H.I.M. Private Stock more often. You really can’t go wrong with either one, and with a price point of $24.99 why not just get both.

The H.I.M. product line will also include a complete range of luxury grooming products such as body sprays, body washes, antiperspirants, a 3-in-1 bar soap, and an advanced three-piece shave system.  The prices are reasonable and won’t break the bank. The fragrances are available in stores now, while the grooming are planned to release in the later part of the year.
