Have you ever seen a product and been intrigued yet skeptical? That’s exactly what I felt when I saw the wonder cloth all natural makeup remover. It was a concept I was not familiar with its more than your average washcloth but claims it’s reusable and will remove makeup with just water. Nope no way I thought but let’s give it a go.
I can’t really think of a fiber to compare the cloth to. It is much much softer than a regular washcloth even softer than a baby washcloth (which I was sometimes using with my cleansing oil to remove makeup before). It almost feels like a faux fur blanket. The wonder cloth is made with plant pulp fibers, yet it is amazingly soft.
So night one I had very minimal makeup on it was a BB Cream, MSF (Mac Mineralize Skin Finish) , Mascara kind of day. So bedtime routine is in full swing time to wash the face I wet down the cloth with just warm water and massaged it across my face. I looked down expecting to see a mess on my face and a dirty cloth, nada, nothing more than a slight smear of mascara and a very light tint of makeup residue. Shocked I said to myself, it’s just because I didn’t have a lot of makeup on.
Wanting to really put it to the test again I used it with only warm water. Girls I couldn’t believe my eyes as the makeup just removed from my face and into the cloth. Not a trace of makeup left on my face. The cloth had some tint to it, I began rinsing it off with cold water and the makeup just ran out into the sink.

My skin was clean with just this cloth and no cleanser. I was alternating using a separate cleansing oil or face wipes to remove makeup now I just use the cloth and follow that with my cleanser and clarisnoic for deep cleansing. I do also use the cloth in the morning with a small dot of cleanser.
So accckkk here it is for you to see my bare face after using only the wondercloth no cleanser.

I have been using the cloth for over a month and gave it a good wash once. It can be laundered in the washing machine and the detergent will not affect it. I did not put it in the dryer just let it air dry as I do after nightly use. The cloth is large enough to use as a body cloth, my only critique is I would like it to be a tad bit smaller to use for the face.
I can’t explain how it works but it does, it really was a wonder. The first few nights I actually stood there and stared in amazement. The wonder cloth retails for $15 and is Beyond Beauty Lounge approved.
